Contractors & Subcontractors

Any contractor or subcontractor doing business in West Brandywine Township will be required to obtain a Contractor Insurance Verification Registration prior to commencing any work.

The Township is currently utilizing the International Code Council Building Code 2018.

Any contractor or subcontractor doing business in West Brandywine Township will be required to obtain a Contractor Insurance Verification Registration prior to commencing any work.

*Residential Permits - 1 hardcopy of permit application must be submitted to the Township and 1 additional electronic copy may be sent to permit@wbrandywine.org.

*Commercial Permits - 1 hardcopy of permit application must be submitted to the Township. Electronic copies shall be sent to permit@wbrandywine.org. Additional copies may be required at the discretion of the Plans Reviewer and/or Building Code Official.
