NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on December 18, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, in the West Brandywine Township Building, located at 198 Lafayette Road, West Brandywine, Pennsylvania 19320, the Board of Supervisors of West Brandywine Township will hold a public hearing to obtain public comment on authorizing the expenditure of Open Space Funds towards the acquisitions of a conservation easement in the amount of $385,000.00 and a trail easement in the amount of $12,565.00 for open space uses on land located in West Brandywine Township, in the R-1 Residential/Agricultural Zoning District, and further identified as the Dyson Tract, 153 Gabel Road, West Brandywine Township, Pennsylvania 19320, Tax Parcel No. 29-7-53. The hearing is being held in accordance with the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Preservation Act (PA Act 153).
