NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that on June 6, 2024, the Board of Supervisors of West Brandywine Township adopted Ordinance No. 2024-02 with the following title and summary: 

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL MAP OF WEST BRANDYWINE TOWNSHIP PURSUANT TO ARTICLE IV OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPALITIES PLANNING CODE AND ESTABLISHING A CHAPTER IN THE TOWNSHIP CODE FOR THE OFFICIAL MAP

Summary:  Section 1: adopts the Official Map in accordance with Article IV of the Municipalities Planning Code;  Section 2: adopts proposed streets and intersection improvements, watercourses and public grounds, existing and proposed public parks, playgrounds, open space preservation, existing and proposed pedestrian sidewalks, trails bicycle routes and easements; Section 3: reserves for a period of ten years for future taking or acquisition for public use the trails, open space, conversation and agricultural easements and intersection improvements depicted on the Official Map; Section 4: provides the severability of the ordinance; Section 5: establishes the effective date for the ordinance period.
