Brush Chipping Curbside Pick Up

Brush Chipping Program - Curbside Pickup

  • Street Section Schedule
  • Program participants must sign up online no later than 11 AM on the Friday prior to your scheduled pickup date (signup list is provided to Public Works Friday noon so that Brush Chipping can begin promptly on Monday mornings 7AM).  Please ensure your brush is curbside prior to this time, once a street is complete, Public Works cannot return.
  • Brush/Branches should be left as long as possible, this is safer and a more effective way for the crew to collect the brush. (Do not cut branches up into pieces)
  • Place brush cut end to the curb and do not excessively stack brush
  • Spread brush out where possible this makes pick up more efficient as the crew is not spending your 15 minutes fighting to untangle the brush
  • There is a time allotment of fifteen minutes at each address, which includes loading material into chipper. So please have your brush neatly placed to save loading time.  If you exceed 15 minutes, the materials left can be brought to the Township for brush drop off during scheduled times (noted above or see website).

This program is a convenience for Township residents and is not meant to replace a professional tree service.
